Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 14 August 2026

These terms govern your use of MyNextDive (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What MyNextDive is — and isn't

MyNextDive is a discovery and comparison platform. We help you find recreational dives you can join, then send you to the dive centre to book directly. We are not a dive operator, travel agent or booking agent: we do not run dives, sell places, take payment or enter into any booking on your behalf.

Any booking, contract and payment is strictly between you and the dive centre. Their own terms, cancellation policy and pricing apply once you leave the Service to book.

2. Availability, eligibility & safety

Availability shown on the Service is indicative. The dive centre confirms your place, your eligibility and the conditions for each dive. A listing is never a guarantee that a dive will run or that a spot is held for you.

Certification and logged-dive filters are a convenience to help you find suitable dives. They are not an authoritative safety or eligibility determination. The dive centre remains solely responsible for deciding whether you may dive, based on your qualifications, experience, medical fitness and local conditions.

Scuba diving carries inherent risks. You are responsible for giving accurate information about your certification and experience, for your own medical fitness and insurance, and for following the dive centre’s instructions and safety rules.

3. Third-party data & accuracy

Listings draw on information from dive centres and from open data sources, including OpenStreetMap contributors (see our Legal notice for attribution). This information may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

5. Acceptable use & intellectual property

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping at scale, disrupting it, or using it for any unlawful purpose. The MyNextDivename, design and original content are protected. Open data reused on the Service remains under its own licence (see the Legal notice).

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyNextDive is not liable for:

  • any dive, service or conduct of a dive centre or third party;
  • injury, loss or damage arising from a dive or from decisions to dive;
  • inaccuracies in listings, availability or third-party data; or
  • indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes, governing law & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — to confirm], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
